To e-mail a friend or loved one who is currently staying at Fisher-Titus
Medical Center, simply fill out the form below and click "Send
Email". Please include the patient's name and, if possible,
their current room number. Messages will be printed out and taken
by hand to patients once each weekday morning, excluding holidays.
E-mail on weekends or after hours will be delivered the following
business day.
NOTE: This service is shared by all patients
at FTMC. Every effort will be made to keep personal messages confidential,
but keep in mind that this message cannot be guaranteed to be
private. We cannot deliver messages after a patient has been discharged.
