Welcome to Week 4 of the FTMC Smoking Cessation
Program. If you are enrolled in the program and returning to
continue your next scheduled week, please remember that you
will be allowed entry into Week 4 only after 7 days have passed
since the completion of Week 3.
If you are new to the program please begin at Week
1.
Overview of Week 4
When you made the decision to become a non-smoker you chose
a path toward a healthier lifestyle. Nutrition and exercise
are two other ways you can improve your health, while increasing
your energy levels and reducing your stress.
