Welcome to Week 5 of the FTMC Smoking Cessation
Program. If you are enrolled in the program and returning to
continue your next scheduled week, please remember that you
will be allowed entry into Week 5 only after 7 days have passed
since the completion of Week 4.
If you are new to the program please begin at Week
1.
Overview of Week 5
Sometimes quitting isn’t the toughest part. Staying stopped can
be the real challenge. Many people quit for awhile, but end up going
back to smoking. This can be the time you quit for good. You will
need to continue to use the techniques you have learned to become
a comfortable non-smoker.
